To access the available tools you need to sign in using your email address. Navigate to the login page, enter your email address and submit the numerical code sent to your email for your sign in to be verified. Tools are limited based on authentication level, users can be either medical professionals or administrators. Medical professionals can access the diagnostic tool and patient management tool. Administrators can further access the admin area, including the annotation tool.

Diagnosis

The diagnostic page allows for the classification of thyroid nodules using the ThyExp model. To use the diagnostic tool, navigate to the diagnosis page, upload an ultrasound image containing a thyroid nodule and press submit. If the classification API is online, the classified thyroid diagnostic results will be presented, including both the direct and explainable classification results. You can store these diagnostic results, by clicking "Click to upload diagnosis", and entering the required storage details. These stored results can be found in the patient management tool.

Patient management

The patient management tool allows for the viewing, filtering and deletion of saved diagnostic results. You can filter the diagnostic results using the "Search for a patient record by email", input field. Diagnostic results can be deleted using the bin icon associated with its relevant result row.

Admin area

This area is only provided to verified accounts, please request an administrator account to access this tool. The admin area allows for the training of models available via the API, and access to the annotation system. The annotation tool allows for the viewing, creation, updating and deletion of annotated ultrasound images. That once vetted, can be utilised in the training of the model.
